John has been in private practice since 1985, working for 12 years as Senior Consultant at the East West Herbal Clinic and in recent years specialising in Hepatitis C at the Blenheim Project and gaining practical experience at the Immune Development Trust.

Areas of particular expertise include: skin and digestive problems, Hepatitis C, treatment of low energy and fatigue, depression and mental/emotional issues. Change of approach to diet and lifestyle is often advised. In some difficult cases ‘state of the art’ laboratory testing is arranged.

His study of natural forms of healing include; Shiatsu with Bill Palmer and Carola Beresford Cook, TCM, Kanpo with Gretchen de Soriano and Clinical supervision at Nanjing Hospital, China.
