Psychoanalytic Parent Infant Psychotherapy

This therapy helps in the understanding of emotional-interactional environment within which infant development takes place. It draws upon psychoanalysis, attachment and developmental research to show how babies' minds and development are sculpted by the dynamics of the relationship with their primary love figures. The parent will participate in a detailed examination of the relational process in the clinical encounter.
