Child/Adolescent & Family Therapy

Children, adolescents too, sometimes find it difficult to deal with or understand their emotions and behaviours. Counselling and psychotherapy can be helpful if any body in the family is unhappy or are worried about emotions and behaviour at home or school, or if as a parent you are struggling in relationships with your child. Therapy practice can also help children develop a positive attitude to life, as well as help recognise their strengths and develop confidence in expressing themselves.  Families can be a source of encouragement, support and love, but relationships can be put under strain causing family members to feel isolated and overlooked. Each member of the family can expect to be heard and this can help the family to work out their differences.
